Privacy Statement

The privacy and security of personal customer information is of utmost concern to us. Remote Derm maintains systems and safeguards for data storage and transmission that are designed to meet or exceed all relevant guidelines, including federal HIPAA laws and commercial PCI standards. We will not share any personal information with any party other than the doctors, employees and contractors of Remote Derm, LLC and the professional physician corporations that are our customers. All access and use will be limited to the minimum extent necessary to ensure consistent and effective customer care.

Included among our contractors are the pharmacists who fulfill our customer prescriptions. To ensure proper delivery of medication, we send a customer photograph to the pharmacist along with each prescription.

Remote Derm will never sell customer lists or any customer information. From time to time, Remote Derm may make information available for medical research.
