The physicians using the services of Remote Derm have agreed to treat remotely only those patients with mild to moderate-to-severe facial acne. Patients with any other condition, including severe acne, will be referred to other physicians for traditional in-person treatment.

Remote Derm does not guarantee that a prescription will be written. The treating physician makes all decisions regarding the appropriate treatment for each patient.

Remote Derm is available only to patients in those states in which our customer-physicians are licensed to practice medicine.
